Private Equity
The Private Equity Department is the Hong Kong arm of Daiwa PI Partners Company Limited, which was incorporated in October 1st, 2001 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group Inc., responsible for managing Private Equity investments of the group. We are primarily focusing but not limited to investments in Greater China, India, and Southeast Asia regions. Our strategy is growth-oriented in these regions through significant minority interest investment, and to establish possible synergy with Daiwa’s client network where applicable.
